Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please be prompt for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking start time.
If late you may have the treatment cut short and still be charged for the full session.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time for
cancellations/ rescheduling of treatments.
A deposit is required for all bookings in the means of online booking, payment over the phone, in store or by safe and secure card capture.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice, there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment.
A no show will be charged 100% of the treatment.
For group or large bookings a booking fee of 50% is required
and 3 days notice is required for cancellation or you will lose your booking fee.
